The grandest species of the ‘chain of gold’ genus. Elegant 12-15 inch tall plants produce upright spikes that go upright and then pendant and can carry up to 50 flowers. When juvenile, they are lime green, then go yellow, and ultimately deep golden-orange. Herbal scent. Summer bloom.
